  • "I get an error when trying to print"
    Use the "Reset Printing System" in the menu bar under "Printers". This function reinstalls your presently installed printers, and also does other things such as reset CUPS and samba.
  • "I get an applescript error -55"
    This error means that the network drive you are trying to mount is already mount. Sometimes it is already mounted by the Finder and sometimes unix. The simple solution is to reboot your computer or unmount the drive.
  • "I get a very long error"
    Have an IT administrator delete SimplePrint from your computer and put a new copy onto it.
